SiteForge provides website design, hosting, and maintenance services for small businesses. Services may include website creation, domain connection, content updates, and ongoing hosting.
All services are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. By subscribing, you authorize SiteForge to charge your payment method each billing cycle. Payments are due in advance of the service period. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid charges for the following cycle. Once a billing cycle has started, service remains active until the end of that billing period.
All payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. No refunds are issued for partial months of service, unused time, or failure to use the service. In cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or technical issues caused directly by SiteForge, refunds may be issued at our sole discretion.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, and information for their website. Clients must ensure they have the rights to use any content submitted and agree not to use the website for illegal, harmful, or prohibited activities.
While SiteForge strives to maintain reliable uptime, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, or third-party issues may occasionally cause downtime.
SiteForge is not liable for loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, website downtime beyond reasonable control, or failures caused by third-party services such as hosting providers and payment processors.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not received, these terms are violated, or the service is used for unlawful purposes.
SiteForge may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
